Always Plumbing answered my inquiries promptly and showed up when they said they would. This seems to be a rare quality with contractors these days. Kudos for maintaining great customer service!We had a tankless water system installed and the install was clean and done professionally. The technician had a good discussion with us about the options before starting the job. I would have liked to have a little more feedback about what was going on during the install as I wasn't there for the duration. Otherwise we're very happy with the service and quality of work!
I would give no stars if I could!!!! I had an appointment booked on Tuesday for someone to come and do our yearly maintenance on on furnace and air conditioning, and I also let them know our air conditioner wasnt working for some reason. So the appointment was scheduled for sometime between 2:30 to 4:30 Tuesday afternoon, by 4:15 I hadnt heard anything from anyone!! So I called them and the receptionist informed me that the technician had an emergency call that morning and was running late, she wouldnt give me an estimate for when hed be there. So I waited and waited and waited. Nobody ever called, nobody ever came!!! And nobody has called me back still, what great customer service!!!!!
Silas and Ethan were awesome. Things worked out great. They were here fast. We thought we were facing a huge bill put it turned out it was a quick fix. And... no special weekend charge. Good luck with the puppy Ethan!
Great service. Silas had a small nightmare with this hot water tank. As a tradesman myself I fully understand running into unanticipated problems on the job site. Silas handled one after another of these complications until the job was done. Most surprising was that he and Craig held to the original quote. Don't find service like this much anymore. Very much appreciated as my dad is on a limited income. Will be recommending your company without hesitation.
