Excellent value for the services I received. I had booked to have an old toilet removed and a new one installed. Erik's professionalism, knowledge and willingness to ensure customer satisfaction was outstanding. He even took the time to look at one of our other toilets and made an adjustment so it now works perfectly again. Definitely recommend the plumbing services!!
I am writing this review not even 1 hour since Kevin from Butler plumbing finished the work at my place. Kevin was absolutely top-notch, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions I had about my boiler and in-floor hydronic heating system. I have used other plumbing companies in the past and some had left doubts in my mind about the quality of work, not Butler. This is the second time I have used Butler and will exclusively use them moving forward. Thanks again Kevin.
I have used Butler plumbing for a few things over the years and every time they are exceptional! They redid my plumbing stack and installed a back flow valve and swapped my bathroom plumbing. Today I called for an emergency and they came as soon as possible and were friendly, helpfyl, diligent and fixed my issue (tree roots) right away and he, David Christopher, did a second pass just to be safe. David was excellent a great plumber and person who I felt very confident in in every regard. Butler is my #1 go to, they are just the best. Thanks again. Excellent work across the board.
My wife and I originally called the Gentlemen Plumber's for a clogged sink I couldn't fix myself. They had quoted us a grand to fix the issue without really looking into it, the guy who showed up was patronizing to my wife too. We said no thanks, and I tried a couple more times to fix it myself. No luck, so on my dad's recommendation, we called Butler Plumbing. Brian showed up, he was very personable, and kept working through the problem even though it took a few tries to get er done. After a couple hours he fixed it and it cost us about $300. Will definitely call Butler first next time we have a plumbing issue. Avoid Gentlemen Plumber's.
