Capital Plumbing has been fantastic! Ask for Dave, he has always exceeded our expectations and does good work doesnt matter if its a plugged toilet or installing a garage heater or dealing with miscellaneous minor plumbing issues. Jeff too was excellent in a plumbing emergency, even promptly emailing a report I needed for the insurance adjuster. The staff who answer the phones are friendly and very helpful, great customer service and they have a membership program that has saved me money too. I would recommend them to anyone for any plumbing issues in a heartbeat.
Dave and Paul were fantastic. I was given a time frame and they came right at the start of it. I also received an e-mail notification and phone call that they were on their way so I knew when to expect them. They were here for our annual Capital Club inspection and did a very thorough job. They did not push any unnecessary services on me and gave me good advice on maintaining our water and heating systems. On a side note, they were also really great with my dog who was insistent on "helping" them the whole time! Thanks again!
Update Sept 2018: I called them back out to do some small things around the house (securing 2 wobbly toilets and replacing the kitchen faucet with one I purchased). When Dave got to the house they quoted my father $500 to do this work. As much as I like Dave this companys fixed fees dont seem to have a basis in reality. About $230 of that price was to replace the faucet which would take about one hour. When I questioned the price with one of the office staff on the phone she mentioned that they always do fixed fees and that it covers their trucks etc. As a business owner I understand the fixed costs of running a business but as a consumer I dont see enough value to justify that price. Im sorry to say that I probably wont be dealing with them in the future as I feel that I would not be getting a fair price. May 2018 : Im really happy with their service. They've replaced my water tanks, fixed and inspected all the drains etc. Dave was a great technician and the company has a great response time. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
We are very please to be part of the Capital Club family. Dave and Darren arrived at the designated time on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 to complete our Capital Club inspection for 2018. They were punctual, professional and very thorough in completing the inspection. Dave was familiar with the layout of the home as he had been a member of the inspection team in 2017. We continue to be very impressed with their knowledge, efficiency and excellent performance. They provide detailed descriptions of the service completed and are patient, knowledgeable and confident. I would like to start with thanking Andrew and Darren, they were so accommodating and easy to have in my home. Now for the technical aspects of the job needing to be done, SO HAPPY. I took on a kitchen Reno, and Andrew was integral. He and Darrin understood what I wanted as this was not a usual plumbing task. All there work will be visible and the took the time to ensure it was clean, tidy, and used the materials I had requested, cooper in all its shining glory.
