My tankless water heater has been faulty since it was installed some 10 years ago. Matt got it running properly for the first time ever. So it's no surprise that Matt fixed our furnace properly after another tech from another company misdiagnosed and replaced the wrong part and we were caught freezing during this recent snowfall.
