This is my first review regarding a company or business or any type of customer/patient service. That's how much this place intrigued me to write a review. Bottom line, rude. Not professional or polite. As well lazy! Unfortunately I had not had my Alberta healthcare number on me. But from previous experience if you have I.d they can search youre name through there systems. Which I asked them to do. Found me within 30 seconds and there on treated me as if I was an illegal immigrant. Will not be going here again nor my family.
One of the only walk-in clinics that open this early (7 am); very convenient for me as I could go right before work and not have to miss any of my day. I was seen right away when I went and the doctor was very nice and gave me the proper treatment.
Hey everyone want to know the true problem with this clinic? It's OWNER. I feel so incredibly vindicated to see exactly what I expected to happen to this clinic happening.... Want to know why there so rude up front? Because there is ZERO appreciation for staffs efforts by management. Blame is put on the clinic manager and reception staff for any issues. When I was here the doctors were awesome! Truly cared about there patients. TOP quality. While I cant speak for the walk in docs I know they are not the problem. The problem 110% is with MANAGEMENT. Take care of your employees and they will take care of you. Keep cutting corners.... how's it working out for you? You want top quality service for your customers then you need to attract qualified staff with decent pay. If this business is going to succeed listen to the criticism and LEARN.
This Center needs to have a HUGE overhaul! When you go in for a walk-in your imminently told that there is no walk-in doctor. Even though on the hours posted on the FRONT door tells you walk-in hours are...I have honestly called this location to see what doctor was in only to be told they did have not have any doctors working! Best part! They are OPEN until 10 pm! How does that work? Its a medical center correct? The staff is very rude and not helpful or wanting to assist you. They are very slow to find you an appointment and the appointments they do have are very specific and very inconvenient because you will not see that doctor at the time you set up! expect to be sitting an extra hour or more to see your doctor at your appointment. Doctors are okay they like to talk very loud when paper thin walls. You will hear them talk to patients and you better believe other patients will hear about why you are there as well. I would only recommend this place as a last resort. The medi center across the street is a slow option but a better option.
If I could give this establishment less than one star I would. The reception staff is under qualified and trained in phone etiquette.
