The clerks at the front desk are so unprofessional - they don't know how to smile or even look at you when you check in. Disappointing attitude. No please or thank you's

Please avoid this clinic at all costs, esp for walk-in appointments. The staff, including doctors, esp Dr Virinder, are unprofessional, rude and lack knowledge. I wonder how they became doctors according to Canadian standards.

Very poor customer service, unprofessional, uneducated and rude staff at the front. I went their for my medical get done and BEING A FIRST PERSON IN THE CLINIC I had to wait for 1 hour 15 min. As a first timer very bad experience and don't suggest this clinic to anyone. The girl at the reception checked my BP and made me sit for 20 minutes with the machine on and walked out of the room, finally I have to take it off myself. Even Doctors are not supportive.

I take my grandma here to see her family physician and each time Ive taken her here its a very upsetting experience. So much to the fact we are now in the process of looking for a new family doctor for her. When we went in, my grandma walked up to the front desk to check in, and went asked to sit down my grandma did not hear her so she asked her to repeat what she said. Then, the unit clerk proceeded to yell at her saying Sit down!. I was quite appalled, but just brushed it off, knowing if she attempted to conduct unprofessional behaviour again I would intervene. My grandma didnt take notice. She had called in advance to tell them we would be there before 11, and still waited over an hour and a half to see the doctor. When they were taking her blood pressure, the nurse was raising her voice at my grandma and not giving her the chance to explain to her the medications she was taking. She would ask my grandma a question and as my grandma was telling her the answer she would interrupt. This was absolutely infuriating to watch, I even tried to step in and she interrupted me as well. At last she let me speak, and when I was in the middle of explaining my grandmas purpose of coming in today she walked away and said thanks for your help. The reason we came in today was to discuss changes to her medications that was made. My grandma had to initiate this appointment, they never called her about it. I find that she has to call them more than they call her, because they never seem to follow up here.I would absolutely, 100% not recommend this place to anybody.

Very poor time management Will not respect your appointment time Will make you wait hours even if you have appointment. Will not recommend at all
