The pediatrition on staff is fantastic! Never a long wait to see him either. You are better off making an appointment for the other doctors though as the wait times can go past an hour in busy times, which is basically all the time. The front end staff are all generally friendly and courteous.
Visit clinic as walk in today @5:35pm. Dr Jama was about to step out, but he decided to stay and treat my Baby when he saw my sick&cranky little one. Great doctor very compassionate and acknowledgeable. Very nice and friendly front desk staff as well. Highly recommended.
I;m not sure if Edmonton clinics are supposed to do anything other than serve as a proxy to a web form they submit to as far as i can tell no one. 3 visits at no point did anyone actually look at any part of me, nor touch any part of me the 'doctor' sits on the otherside of the room checking boxes on a form waiting to write you a prescription and send you on your way so if the purpose of these clinics really is nothing more than a form submitting proxy to nothing then i should revise my review to 5 star as they do that perfectly
I keep having problems booking an appointment because of lack of communication from the gyno Dr Shinoda or however it's spelled. She was really nasty when I finally did see her and I'm plus size and she refused to put in my iud without a pregnancy test. I assured her I'm not pregnant and she kept looking down at my stomach every time she insisted a test. So I had to rebook after a pregnancy test but they won't let me book until the week of. Which makes things impossible for me because I'm gonna need a few days off work since I'll be in pain and I can't book days off work the week of. I can only book time off work 2 weeks in advanced before the schedule is made but the dr refuses to take any bookings unless they're made the week of. So I can't get the time I wanted on a fri 2 weeks in advance and the schedule is already made but for the next week they won't let me book claiming they only book the week of. Even though they were JUST ready to book me 2 weeks in advance. I told them off and said I'm going somewhere else.
The staff is very friendly and courteous. Although the wait time for my doctor is usually long, Dr.Ahmed is worth the wait.
