I love this medical clinic, all the Doctors and staff are excellent. Been going there for many years.
I dont have a family doctor, but if possible I go see Dr. Wong because he makes me feel like he is my family doctor.
I have been seeing the same Dr. since I was 6 years old, I am now 28. I have never had any issues with the staff in the front most of them know me and my children by name when we walk in the door, and they are always pleasant and polite when speaking/ dealing with me. When I cannot make an appointment with my Dr. the ones that I do see are amazing as well. They listen they take the extra few minutes with me and my children and they always follow up with me.
The front staff constantly forgets to give all the information necessary.Multiple rude encounters over the phone with the front staff. Dr. Carter seems out to lunch when it comes to taking care of long term patients. They charge for every little form possible and honestly have way too many patients to properly take care of the one's that they do have and still take walk-ins. Worst doctors office I have ever encountered. Go somewhere else save yourself the headaches.
I would highly advise going elsewhere. I have been going to this doctors office for almost 20 years and will no longer will do so. The front staff are very difficult to deal with. I was constantly cut off while I was trying to request an appointment to review blood work for a reoccurring prescription. It is clear the mindset was not how to best help me but how to quickly get me off the phone "Just come in for a walk in". I have moved further away, recently, and with this kind of front line service it is no longer worth it.
