1st scheduled appointment : Waited over 1.5 hours.Doctor did not do the exam I was scheduled for and instead reached for a prescription pad right away. Zero diagnostics were made to determine my condition aside from inquiring about my symptoms.2nd scheduled appointment: waited almost 1 hour, after having made a phone call to the clinic prior to arriving and asked if the doctor was on schedule. Receptionist told me yes, she was on schedule and to arrive on time.Id like to point out that I am employed in the medical field and this is highly unacceptable. If your time is valuable, go to another clinic,
My experience has been tremendous. The front staff is very cooperative and handle situations in professional way, they also try to help you by going out of their way. Same thing with Doctors. They have really good doctors who look after you by giving their 100%. I recommend this clinic.
My experience with the front desk staff is getting from bad to worse. Majority of the times they tend to give an expression as if they are doing you a big time favor by booking an appointment. No professionalism at all. Only one or two people from the staff sound genuine , rest are totally unhappy with what they are doing..wait times are pathetic even if you have an appointment booked with them and no one actually cares to tell you the approximate wait time even after asking politely 2-3 times..I don't know why they think that there is no significant difference between half an hour wait(being told by them) vs 2.5 hours wait(actual wait).. I seriously wish they go through some real customer care training prior to being getting hired..The doctors are good though. Really miss Dr. Dhaliwal who is no longer with Parsons!!Just venting out even though I am sure the office administration doesn't care about this genuine concern from the customers..
Ive been to this clinic a few times, the first time I was a walk in patient and I went in the morning and I was in and out with a prescription within an hour. Thats the fastest Ive ever heard of or experienced a walk in clinic! The second time I booked an appointment since I was in the system already because I couldnt get in with my primary doctor, again a great & fast experience. I recently had to walk in again for a cold/flu that never went away and I called and tried to book for he following morning, but they were fully booked so the receptionist suggested I come in that night if I could as a walk in. I went there immediately, and was in and out within an hour. The staff is friendly, the doctors are friendly and informing. The clinic works fast and it has a little pharmacy right there so you can see the doctor and get any medications that are prescribed. Overall Ive had a great experience!
Meh. The doctors shorten prescription refill intervals across the board so you have to come in more often, require meet and greets, and take a BP and temp every visit. All fine and good if they were invested in the extra effort for patient satisfaction. But theyre not. They just want to bill Health Canada for more visits and services, and to hell with patient care. Greed. On the bright side, they have a nazgul doctor on staff.
