Doctors are really good but wait time is 2-3 hrs generally. I will suggest this clinic if you are not working because one appointment will take atleast 2-3 hrs. I am going there from last five years and I never seen they serve me in less than 2-3 hrs. They just need to be little organized.
once again a scheduled appointment and so far i am waiting 1.5 hours and still not in to see the dr. A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT...I always end up waiting for my "scheduled appointments" I am looking for a new family doctor as this is ridiculous I have never gotten into to see my dr on a scheduled appointment anywhere near close the the scheduled time. very disapointing. Is there a place where someone can make a formal complaint on medical clinics?
The front staff have NO CLUE what they are doing !!! My appointment was for 11:30 it is now 1:20 I still haven't seen the doctor!!! They give priority to walk ins or people they know , it really is a terrible place . The doctors are good but after today , I WILL NEVER BE BACK.
Doctors are good. Around 2 years ago.. I called the doctor before the clinic opened and asked if my grandma can see you as she is not feeling well. He said yes. We were the first patients in the clinic. I told the receptionist that my grandma is now talking about chest pain her response was doctor will see his relatives first and then you. I was shocked that relatives are seen first before a patient who just said chest pain. Doctor arrived late then saw his relatives and then us. Ended up taking grandma to ER. WORST WORST receptionist ever. I have seen so many crying patients waiting in their waiting room.
Dr Sunil Bananda is the best . He k ows to treat his patients with love and care. My family has been take care by Dr SB. We love to have him as our family Doctor.Dr Bananda is a very good doctor.
