Excellent customer service from Peter at the Dennys Clearance Centre and Linda with financing. Peter was very good at helping ne find the right vehicle for my needs . Linda was was great at getting me into a finance option for the vehicle I choose. Shes a wonderful listener and understanding of a customers situation. I am absolutely impressed with 1st Canadian Auto. My credit is currently not the greatest and my car was in need of replacement, I was worried I had no where to turn. Linda is amazing, she told she would take care of it, well to my surprise, she got me into a beautiful BMW. I had a few concerns about this vehicle and spoke with Lisa in service. She is awesome, she talked with the guys in the shop, they immediately inspected the vehicle,assessed the problems and she had parts ordered immediately. I sold my truck to Ken, who works out of this location. Moe, the owner, let me come with him to the bank to get the bank draft. I also rode in the truck when their head journeyman did the test drive before their AMVIC inspection. I was really impressed with their level of professionalism.
