Graham was great to deal. We did the price negotiating over phone, email and text and I asked for a quick turn around at the dealership because I had my wife and 3 kids in tow. It only took two hours to asses my trade in, assess the new Odyssey, do paperwork/financing and drive away with the new ride. Kayla was also very good to deal with in financing as well. They have a good customer lounge and kids play area to keep them occupied while we did the paperwork. So, 5 stars, they delivered as promised...so a great experience all around.
I was very impressed with Go Honda, and had nothing but a positive experience buying a car there. Alex was our sales rep and he was fantastic to work with. He was easy to communicate with (and fast!), whether by text or phone, he went out of his way to make it work for us, and had a great sense of humour. It was easily the most low-pressure and relaxed car buying experience I've ever had, and I managed to leave feeling like I got what I wanted at a reasonable & fair price. That's a win in my books.
