Dealt with Kentwood Ford on two occasions and both were pleasant. Asa was my sales rep and he was very friendly, and professional. He initially helped me into a 2015 F-150 which I was very happy with. Few years later he helped me again downsize to a 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid which made my wallet very happy. No issues at all, trade in was market value, and definitely my favourite Ford dealership in Edmonton.
Awesome experience. Inquired to Winston about a 2018 F150 three days before employee pricing ended. By mid afternoon was signing papers, and he arranged delivery 1000km north no extra charge. Definitely would recommend him at Kentwood to anyone else looking.
Bought a Honda from Dominic in used cars and he was great! He went above and beyond to make sure I left happy and with what I wanted .Had a minor repair that needed to be done and Ian in parts/services had no problem booking my car in to accommodate my schedule, and was overall really great to deal with. They had my vehicle in and out of service within a few hours. While my car was being serviced the shuttle driver Ron was great as well, very polite and took me to and from my home in a timely manner.
