I am writing this review on behalf of my grandmother who recently bought a 2015 ford flex. Mark was very thorough and explained everything very clearly to my grandmother. Not only did he seem genuinely kind and sweet but him and another co worker went out of their way to make sure my grandmother had a comfortable affordable rate on the vehicle. It was a couple hours of number crunching but they made it work for her. We had nothing but amazing service from all the employees we encountered. She is truly satisfied and recommends freedom ford.

Freedom Ford can make your dreams come true. I wanted to buy a custom truck (F-150) with some specific options that I need for my work. I live in Vancouver and tried few dealers here, but was not able to find the exact match. Purchased my vehicle in January, few weeks later I try to test my sunroof out and it opens but when I tried to close it the whole top wouldnt even move.. middle of February so it was clearly cold. Call freedom ford and they tell me to bring it in right away. Go the next day to pick my vehicle up and I get in and my whole passenger seat is covered in dirt. They didnt use covers over my seats while they were climbing on them to get to my sunroof. I write a review and someone contacts me a few hours later. The lady offered me a free detail, interior+exterior but I explained to her that the first day I got my vehicle it wasnt very clean and it just wasnt worth it for me to drive out there as its a 45 minute drive to get the same exact clean that I had already received. She guaranteed me it would be better than just a regular pickup clean. This was a clean that was 300+. Yesterday I bring my vehicle in for some other work that needed to be done so figured Id book my clean same day. Well these pictures show how I picked my vehicle up today... I really dont know how they would let a vehicle leave a shop like this after telling someone they were getting a 300+ interior and exterior cleaning. Very poor service.
Went here to get a key programmed. The staff are super nice. Was greeted at the door and sent to the right place. The waiting area is nice and they took the exact time they said they will. They did a free visual inspection and checked for recalls on my car. Great place with great service. I highly recommend for all your Ford issues.
