So happy that we decided to purchase our new (used) car from Kentwood. Miles above the competition in terms of the service we received - we never felt pressured, and always felt listened to. No shady tactics to try to get us to go over our budget. Shout out to Ramond for hooking us up with a great car that met all our needs, and was significantly under our budget. I would recommend Kentwood, and Ramond, to everyone!
Would get 0 stars if possible. Haven't heard back from the manager about fufilling what was agreed in my deal. Repairing my leather seat. Its been what 3 months that hes been MIA?! Never shopping here again and i will be spreading the word.
Don't ever buy anything from this place. They try to get you to buy cars without showing you the proper paperwork, they show you incorrect specifications (amount of kilometers) to get out of a lifetime engine warranty, and they make promises like getting an extra key fob but its been 6+ months and nothing. Never coming back here, crooked as crooked can be.

Very helpful and friendly team here. Great that there was so much stuff for my kids to do while looking at vehicles. Our salesman Khalil was amazing and worked with us to find 2 vehicles that met our needs. I would and will be recommending this place to everyone I know. Great experience.
