About 3 years ago we had gotten a truck from here. At that time I would have highly recommended them for helping someone with bad credit and being so kind and friendly. They were very quick to help us and be kind. Well then because of a cutbacks at our job we had to exchange our loved truck for a Jeep Compass. We needed a lower payment. They were very quick to help us; But the gentleman who helped us at the time made so many false promises. We only accepted the vehicle on the promises he would fulfill on making the vehicle better. Then also when there were issues no one bothered to help us. Because of the job cutback we also had to due debt consolidating. Because of this we have been stuck with this horrible vehicle. Now with job security again, we tried to trade this vehicle in, they will not help because of the debt consolidation. They do not accept any kind of credit and depending on who are dealing with they are full of false promises just to get you stuck in a vehicle that you are not necessarily happy with. I do not remember the gentlemans name because it was a different type of name but I had heard he was fired and still no one else there has helped. I just BEWARE and get it all in writing
