They may not necessarily be the biggest known dealership but their services surpass the very biggest ones around! When I walked in the serenity of the place greeted me with an utmost enthusiasm and, when I approached this gentle man for some info about the car that brought me in it was something I was equally not expecting as his friendly approach convinced me I was at the right place. There was no pressure, he took time to answer my questions and, even made suggestions on how best I could proceed with finance options. Have you ever been bought a lunch while at the dealership? I got one! I have never felt so valued ever! I came in casually dressed but was asking about a very expansive car but they did not treat me with thoughts of "can this guy buy this?". I gave them A STAR RATING because that was exactly how they performed! There was no "back and front", especially that I had never been there before and never met or known anybody there. I will surely recommend them to anyone, periods!

Where do I even start? Rewind a couple months and I spotted my dream car on their website and now it's sitting beautifully in my garage. Now they're located in Alberta and I'm all the way out in Quebec, so there were innumerable obstacles to get to this point, but Luxur Fine Cars' Jamal Baker was with me every step of the way, ensuring all my questions were answered and always helping me in every way he could, with absolutely incredible communication, customer service, patience and professionalism. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had, despite being 4 provinces away! If only all dealerships were like this one and had employees at least half has good as the ones here.
