Amazing service and amazing people! I was rear ended and my car was a write-off. I had a very low budget to work with, and the team there worked incredibly hard to set me up with a vehicle that would last years (and looked great too!) Rick was a huge help, and took all the pressure and stress away from buying a vehicle. It was quick, efficient and stress free, as I was on a very big time crunch. They truly do strive to give the best customer service!
I've always had good luck with Kyle and the guys at family motors. I have bought a few vehicles from them over the years and sold a couple used vehicles to them aswell. They sell at a fair price for a used dealer and have offered fair market value on vehicles I've traded or sold to them. Some people will find a reason to complain but these guys are actually one of the better used lots in Edmonton. I continue to deal with them and even went back now that I live out of province. They have a pretty good selection including some sweet Audi's. If you are worried about the mechanical condition of any used vehicle and don't get it privately inspected, you should be questioning your own common sense...
