I came here looking for a starter car and initially was dealing with Moe , he set me up with a sales person and constantly would check up on us to make sure everything was good. 3 months later I'm super happy with the deal and car I got and Moe called me to checkup and make sure everything was good. I can't imagine a better experience. Thank goodness I came here first. I will definitely be letting my friends know that are in the market for a new car but not trying to spend an arm and a leg for something from the dealership.
I dealt with Eli at go auto and I had a great experience. From accommodating my ridiculous needs to answering questions I had that were endless, every encounter I had he greeted me pleasantly and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. They were very informative and just an overall friendly group of people to deal with! Thanks guys !!
What a wonderful experience. I had seen a vehicle on their website that I was very interested in and booked a test drive online with Mike C. Upon arrival Mike greeted me and said he was busy but said Shawn would be assisting. I sat at Shawns desk and mentioned the vehicle and I was looking at and he offered a test drive. When we got back to the dealership he showed me all the information about the vehicle and I wound up purchasing. This was my first time ever purchasing a vehicle and I am very happy I did it through these guys. Knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy towards getting extra unnecessary warranties or other add-ons. Highly recommended.
Elias is an excellent sales person, I would highly recommend him. He is very attentive to detail and was always available to answer all my questions and numerous calls. He went over and above my expectations, trying to find exactly what I was looking for. Once we found the vehicle that I was looking for he found something even better! A few changes were made to the vehicle and Moe from service made my vision into reality but better and staying within my budget. Everything from sales to service was incredibly timely and I am very pleased with my experience at go auto!
Of all the auto dealerships I've dealt with over the years Go Auto Outlet West is by far the best. Every staff member I dealt with was friendly and helpful. They did everything possible to make my experience as pleasant as possible and Kaytlyn was just awesome! Nothing fake about these people. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.
