Classy AF !"I never filled out any of these comments before, but I had such a good experience working with Adrian@@ Canada Wide Sales. Buying a car for me has always been hard as i have a image on what i want and never believe in anyone. I can honestly say for the first time ever I was impressed with my sales person. I felt he took the time with me always went out of his way to make sure I got what I was looking for. He did a lot of one on one communication, went above and beyond to get me the car i was stuck on! He was always pleasant and very knowledgeable. I actually bought the car and not only am I happy with it, but i will be buying from them in the future. Thank you Mr. Adrian for a wonderful experience, a sexxy xxx car && for being a sales rep that got me what i wanted. Your a god & beautiful human to! lol I will be back again for Sure. Overall II was impressed with the facility, the friendliness of the people, My sales rep and their expertise. The entire process went very smoothly.
If I could I would give this dealer a negative star.. they had a 2013 Chevrolate car under $5000 it was advertised on Facebook, one of the managers contacted me on Facebook and said it was still available. This was on a Thursday night. He got me in contact with a sales associate, which was on Friday morning and I told him I was interested in the car and that I was going to come that Friday night after work. I live on the far south end of the city, I drove all the way over there. Turns out they sold the car the Thursday before. whoever the manager that told me to come was very unprofessional and flat out lied to me that they even had the car. The sales associate who said he would be there, was not even there. Probably did not want to get caught in a lie. I would never go and shop at this dealer ship again, plus they keep trying to call me. I flat out do not want to talk to them. They wasted my time and lied to me about a car that was "Auctioned" off the day before. When I contacted them on Facebook about the car, they took it off of Facebook, which made me wonder if they even actually had the car when it was advertised
Awesome service. Adrian helped us find a great vehicle, was pleasant and walked me through the whole process. Financing was quick and easy. Would recommend them to anyone. Best service ever.
Amazing customer service. I came in and was debating if I should get into a newer vehicle. The sales representative named Richie was extremely generous and wasnt pushy at all! He showed me different options I could do but. I came to the conclusion that I wasnt ready for a vehicle. He respected my decision and told me to see him when I was ready. Amazing guy and I would definitely buy off him when Im ready
A few yrs ago my car died and had a flat tire in front of this store in west end. I walked in to use their phone and callow srvc. The manager Amandeep (?) overheard me and he and one of their techs took some tools and a big jump starter to my ford and helped me take the flat off, put the Spare on, jump the car, and drive it around to their service area!It was the middle of winter too. I was knee deep in snow with traffic rushing by.He had one of their techs fix the flat, balance it, and put it back on the car! All in very little time!I didn't beg them for this and they didn't ask for any payment. !This was a lot of free work done in a very short time!I have never forgotten what they did for me. I have rarely seen this from my fellow humans. This is a place that cares about the ppl that walk the the door. They did not ask me to write this up and its 100% true.I cant even get Denny Andrews Ford to fess up to their switcharoos!A real test of mettle is not how many problems are their, its how do they deal with them?Real service and real people here.
