Was loyal to another Jeep dealer for 14 years but service had become poor. Phoned them ... my 2013 Wrangler had no heat. The automated lines promptly put me on hold. 18 minutes later I hung up. Enough is enough. I called Crosstown and got through instantly and got an appointment the next day. Monica took in my Jeep and she was great. Picked it up at 3:30 expecting a big bill. Surprised at a charge of under $200 and they took care of an airbag recall at the same time. Phenomenal painless experience from start to finish. I plan to pick up a 2019 in the spring and will see if the sales Dept is as amazing as service.
I had purchased a used vehicle through go auto a couple months prior only to find it in the shop constantly and I still had high payments and very high interest with little help or concern.
