Well..... what can I say! Although I was probably the most difficult customer ever, I truly felt like I mattered. After searching high and low for the perfect USED van, literally searching every dealership in and around Edmonton, Kurtis and Darius were able to find me the perfect NEW van! Yes, they up sold me, but I wouldn't have been happy with any other purchase!! I am so pleased with my new purchase. My family now has the perfect vehicle. Kurtis was absolutely the nicest, kindest, and truly caring sales guy I have ever met! I would definitely reccomend Derrick Dodge to anyone!
I have had the same issue mentioned by many others below with the financing representative Myron Mossing. Salesman was great ..... however finance is a snake, trying to creep in additional charges and upping interest rates. I declined everything until I finally got what I requested. I like my truck but will never go there again or recommend anyone.
I would like to send a huge shout out to Sheryl and Kalvin and the whole finance team at the used department they treated my family and I So amazing and said they were going to help me out and they came through 10 fold amazing truck they got me into winter is not a problem now got my winter vehicle and more, treated me like one of there fam I'd say. My wife and i had a great experience at Derrick Dodge this week! Our Sales rep Dave Kent was very professional and quick to reply to our email requests. We received great service at the dealership from Dave, his manager, and the lovely Ms. Alexandra in finance who fought to get our lease done. We got good value for our minivan trade-in and drove away with a beautiful red Trailhawk at lease payments that soundly beat the other dealerships we were corresponding with. My wife is very proud of her new Jeep! :)
